data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0industry finished the year in an extremely strong position with 2020 representing significant overall growth in the average demand for estimates from builders for the second consecutive year.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">through\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">COVID-19<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0confidence is high among home buyers and renovators<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, w<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ith low interest rates, personal savings at an all-time high and a range of government incentives<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0like\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">HomeBuilder<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0grant<\/span><span levels and passing the increased material costs onto the customer.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Buildxact\u2019s<\/span><span new builds, with average number of December estimates per builder increasing 41% on 2019 levels.<\/span><span COVID-19 lockdown restrictions is ongoing, demand for new builds remains high across the state.
