When you stand still you go backwards so we’re always working to improve Buildxact, with the goal to help you run a better, more profitable business. As part of this, we’d like to share some news with you about changes that are coming your way.

Over the past 12 months we’ve made lots of smaller improvements to Buildxact, but we also introduced some powerful new tools to help you run a better business, such as the Request for Quote functionality, and Progress Based Invoicing.

New subscription plans, introducing User Access Controls

We’re now also introducing new subscription plans, designed around the different types of clients we serve. A key change is that we will now have a ‘Teams’ plan that will help those of you with more than two Buildxact users to better control access to information, through the User Access Control feature.

The new plans will have the following tiers:

Entry – designed to provide an easy entry point for customers with very limited requirements (Estimating Only)

Pro – designed to fit smaller operations of one, two or three users, with all the powerful features of Buildxact, including both estimating and job management, minus the User Access Controls.

Teams – designed for teams, with all the Pro features, and also including user access controls. Includes 4 users as part of the plan.

Enterprise – For organisations with multiple sites or entities such as Franchise organisations and other multi-organisational customers.

How will this impact you today?

For now, nothing will change to your subscription unless you choose to upgrade your subscription to access the User Access Control features under the Teams plan. If you are interested to learn more, please contact us to discuss your needs.

What happens on July 1, 2019?

If you do nothing, your current subscription will automatically be migrated to the equivalent or similar new plan on the 1st of July. More communication will be coming to you in the lead up of course.
