1. Sponsor

Buildxact (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is responsible for the administration of this promotion.

2. Promotion Period

Starts 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on February 19, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 19th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states & D.C., 18 years or older, who are current, paying Buildxact accounts (not on a free trial) or Buildxact Go users during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor, and members of their households/immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase-Based Entries (Buildxact → The Home Depot Orders): Each eligible Buildxact order of The Home Depot items totaling USD $250 or more that is submitted, paid, and fulfilled earns one (1) entry in the Grand Prize drawing. Entries are stackable; every qualifying order earns one entry.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, submit a quote to The Home Depot via Buildxact during the promotional period. No minimum value for the quote is required. Only one AMOE entry is allowed per customer.

5. Order Fulfillment

For eligibility, ‘fulfilled’ means the The Home Depot order was submitted, paid, and either collected at a The Home Depot store or delivered, as recorded by Buildxact/The Home Depot systems. Quote must be submitted and fulfilled, as recorded by Buildxact/The Home Depot systems. Cancelled orders or orders that are returned will be void and ineligible.

6. Prizes

Grand Prizes — One Winner: Winner receives a Buildxact Master Subscription — Lifetime Membership. Fair Market Value (FMV): $42,770 USD each (based on 7 years at current $6,110 annual rate). Lifetime refers to the duration of the Buildxact Master Subscription offering and is subject to changes in product and availability.

7. State Registration & Bonding

Because aggregate prize ARV exceeds $5,000, Sponsor will register and bond the sweepstakes in New York and Florida and submit post-promotion winners lists by required deadlines (FL ~60 days; NY ~90 days).

8. Tax Obligations

The winner acknowledges that the prize may be considered taxable income under U.S. federal and state laws. In accordance with IRS rules, the fair market value (“FMV”) of the prize must be included in the winner’s gross income and may be subject to federal income tax at the winner’s marginal tax rate, as well as any applicable state or local taxes. Non‑cash prizes such as subscriptions are generally taxable at their FMV, which must be reported by the winner on their tax return. The prize provider may issue IRS Form 1099‑MISC where required by law. The winner is solely responsible for paying all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the prize
