Your domain 

Our Sales team is driven to make a positive difference to every player in the residential building & trade ecosystem and are passionate about our products and the value they bring. As Revenue Operations Manager the operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance of the Sales team globally is yours to nail. You’ll be a part of building out a key department in our organization through ensuring the teams have the right tools, sales insights, processes and operating rhythms required to be successful! 

What you’ll nail 

  • Enable the sales teams to exceed KPIs and revenue targets through implementing and managing sales processes, and identifying and rectifying workflow issues. 
  • Be the sales team subject matter expert on Salesforce and other tools that support the sales process, providing updates, training, and coaching to the sales team that drive enablement.  
  • Manage sales process and CRM integrity and identify any opportunities for further training or process improvement.  
  • Support the effective onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up with all the tools and training needed to succeed.  
  • Work closely with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure a consistently high flow of leads, and provide insights on customer needs and market trends.  
  • Develop insights on key metrics throughout the sales process, produce regular sales revenue/client reports such as leaderboards, sales dashboards, client engagement & KPI’s.  

Your toolkit 

  • Sales operations experience, ideally within a high growth, global SaaS or technology business 
  • Best practice reporting and analytics using Salesforce 
  • A focus on organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement

Customer Success Manager

Your domain

As we continue to achieve 100%+ annual growth, we are expanding our American presence to support increasing demand. Working from home initially, you will have the support from our international sales and success teams spread across Los Angeles, Vancouver B.C., and Melbourne, Australia. 

As Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that customers get maximum value from their subscription and deliver excellence across optimizing, managing and growing relationships to deliver customer happiness.

What you’ll nail

  • Be a coach who can lead the Customer through that journey and teach the best practices they need to thrive ensuring a fully engaged, positive and valuable experience
  • Manage customer retention campaigns with a focus on education and coaching customers to ensure adequate retention targets are met
  • Collaborate with your peers to deliver work and own the outputs of the sprint as a team
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by collecting, analyzing and using data to make the customers’ experience consistent and seamless
  • Define and oversee lifecycle processes, touch points and moments that matter
  • Be a part of the adaptation of training and onboarding materials
  • Assist with generation of self-help content for users including FAQs, documentation, and in-app guides
  • Manage customer escalations personally following a methodical escalation process
  • Integrate technology by working with the Product & Development team to create the tools the customer needs

  • Customer Success demonstration and training experience
  • SaaS or cloud-based experience with a passion for technology and how it changes lives

Automation Test Engineer

Your domain

Our Product team takes pride in designing and building software that is simple to use and onboarding customers to use it effectively. We are made up of designers, developers, testers and product managers. We experiment, collaborate, problem solve, make decisions, reflect and grow. We do this all with pace and an agile mindset, with the goal to see our customers succeed.

Reporting to the Test & Delivery Lead, you’ll be a key technologist driving forward the quality assurance process for the  Buildxact platform,  whilst evangelizing a strong quality-focused, consistent, and scalable development cadence. 

What you’ll nail

  • Extend the test automation implementation and as use your curiosity to manually hunt down bugs through exploratory testing
  • Research and propose long term strategies for scaling quality assurance practices as the Buildxact platform scales
  • Mentor the Development team to embed quality first thinking into the development practice
  • Take a data-driven approach to prioritising and evaluating test coverage

Your toolkit

  • Software testing, quality assurance and automation testing within a SaaS and cloud-first business
  • Strong understanding of automation test frameworks, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, demonstrable experience establishing and implementing such frameworks
  • Experience with C# and Selenium testing and an understanding of BDD and Specflow preferred
  • A natural kinship with agile ways of working, within high performing environments

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Our Marketing team is responsible for driving demand and building the Buildxact brand globally. They are a close, high-performing team that holds each other accountable for the work they do. They use data-driven insights to understand what makes our audience tick and design the messaging, content, strategies and tactics to attract builders and trades to the brand. 

As the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, you’ll play a key part of the team responsible for delivering profitable user growth for our SaaS platform and ensuring they have a great user journey. You’re a results-oriented, collaborative and analytical individual who works hands-on delivering traffic and leads to support our global subscriber targets.  

What you’ll nail

  • Implement the digital marketing strategy across all digital channel platforms, including search, display, social, programmatic advertising, and EDM’s. 
  • Be accountable for the lead generation outcomes for the direct global digital marketing channel per annual plan.  
  • Develop a scalable digital marketing plan globally across paid and owned digital channels in collaboration in collaboration with the Director, Digital Marketing 
  • Continuous review and improvement of Buildxact company websites with a focus on metrics, best practices and highlighting a global company with multiple localized focuses 
  • Direct SEO strategy leveraging agency resources where necessary 
  • Contribute to the email marketing strategy lifecycle, with a strong focus on lead nurture

  • You love playing around with metrics and figuring out how they drive digital performance
  • Experience within a SaaS or high growth business 
  • You’ve got plenty of experience working around paid search and social

As Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll work with our Marketing Automation Manager on key projects to improve the efficiency and efficacy of Marketo and the broader marketing technology stack as we continue to scale out our marketing and demand generation capabilities worldwide. You’re a data nerd, a bit of a techie, and are always in Marketo as you tinker with emails, landing pages, and other sorts of marketing automation tactics. 

What you’ll nail

  • Become the primary operational admin for Marketo and the go-to person for all Marketo queries and support
  • Be the primary marketing support person for various internal stakeholders around the globe
  • Design and build scalable Marketo programs for various lifecycle and engagement marketing initiatives
  • Optimize and improve the lead scoring model and other qualification business rules used to prioritize leads for Sales
  • Creating emails, landing pages, A/B testing and developing metrics around them

Your toolkit

  • Marketo, Marketo, and more Marketo (even better if you have or are working towards your MCE certification)
  • Experience within a SaaS or high growth business 
  • A customer centric approach in the way you do business
  • You are a budding “data native” – with a degree of understanding of field types, relational database design and different types of data models and schemas e.g. JSON, CSV, parquet
  • You’re a “dot connector” who can do a little pattern matching
